At TurfNow, we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with the TurfNow mobile application (the "App").

§ 1. Information Collection and Use

A. For General Users (Players/Guests)

  • No Registration Required: General users can browse turf arenas, check slot availabilities, and explore facility listings without creating an account or providing any personal information (such as name, email address, or phone number).
  • No Data Collection: We do not collect, track, or store any personal data, location data, or device identifiers from general users browsing the App.

B. For Turf Owners

To list a sports venue on TurfNow, owners are required to register a dashboard account. We collect:

  • Account Credentials: Phone number and a password created by the owner to secure and access their dashboard.
  • Venue Details: Turf name, address, contact phone number, sports offered, slot pricing, availability parameters, and turf photos uploaded by the owner.
  • Purpose of Collection: This information is used strictly to display your arena listing to users, coordinate booking inquiries, and secure your dashboard session.

§ 2. Third-Party Data Sharing & Services

  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any collected data (including Turf Owner credentials or facility images) with third-party advertisers, analytics companies, or external services.
  • No Third-Party SDKs: The App does not contain third-party SDKs, tracking pixels, or background data collection frameworks. All booking inquiries occur directly via phone dialer using the contact number provided by the Turf Owner.

§ 3. Data Storage and Security

  • All Turf Owner account configurations and uploaded venue metadata are stored securely in a Firebase Realtime Database.
  • Banner and turf images are stored securely on Cloudinary.
  • We use standard encryption protocols to protect database transmissions. However, please maintain a strong password for your owner account.

§ 4. Data Deletion

Turf Owners can request complete deletion of their account, venue details, and uploaded images at any time by contacting us directly or by deleting their listing via the Admin panel. Once deleted, all associated records are permanently purged from our databases.
