TurfNow is an information listing directory for sports turf grounds.

• No In-App Payments: The App does not process transactions, payments, or bookings.
• Direct Communication: Users view slot availability details and must call the turf owners directly to coordinate bookings and offline payments. TurfNow is not a party to, and holds no liability for, any financial transactions or agreements made between players and turf owners.

• Account Creation: Only verified Turf Owners may create accounts. You agree to provide accurate and updated information (phone number, location, and photos) for your listing.
• Account Security: Owners are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login password and for all activity occurring under their account.

• Ownership: Turf Owners retain all intellectual property rights to the images and details they upload.
• License to Display: By uploading photos and listing information, you grant TurfNow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display this content to other App users.
• Content Restrictions: Owners agree not to upload any copyrighted, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate images. TurfNow reserves the right to remove listings that violate these standards.

• Listing Accuracy: TurfNow displays slot availabilities and pricing provided by the Turf Owners. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or real-time status of slot availability or venue conditions.
• Limitation of Liability: TurfNow, its developers, and operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, slot bookings, play events, or disputes between players and owners.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sangli, Maharashtra.
